Cartys Poetry Journal was a monthly publication, and then
after three issues went bi-monthly after a break, and now
is going to be published on an irregular basis.
Good poetry is worth waiting for, and we encourage submissions
at all times of the year.
You can submit to other journals at the same time, and if
publsihed with us, we would like if we were mentioned in future
publications, but you dont have to.
Were just happy to have been a small part in your success
as a writer.

Rhyming poetry and also haiku are our main focus, but
as you can see by reading our past issues that we publish
all forms of poetry.
Our focus is to give a voice to the traditional poetry
alongside the contemporary, as its often lost or derided
in the current mainstream.
